Check the model number of your IVSEC product to determine which mobile app to use.
For Recorders, check the silver sticker on top of the IVSEC Recorder. Example below:

The above example shows the model number NR308XA
The IVSEC X mobile app is a surveillance application dedicated to IVSEC products including models NR308X*, NR004X* NR316X*, NR532X*, NR564X*, NR564EX* using the default port number 9000
NOTE: For older IVSEC recorders that DO NOT have an “X” in the model number you will need to upgrade your equipment to the current X range models as there is no mobile app that support non X range models.
For Cameras, if you are using IVSEC cameras without an IVSEC Recorder installed, check the silver sticker on the camera housing. Example below:
The IVSEC X mobile app is a surveillance application dedicated to IVSEC products including camera models NC110X*, NC323X*, NC317X*, NC312X*, NC528X*, NC512X*, NC00X* using port 6000
NOTE: IVSEC X mobile app DOES NOT support IVSEC cameras models that do not have an “X” in the model number.
